Anti-gravity Active Recovery for Runners & Cyclists Workshop

Using the anti-gravity sling/hammock for no-impact, full-body movement relieves soreness, improves posture, speeds up recovery, and enhances flexibility and mobility without joint stress. Including these sessions in your training routine also improves performance and reduces injury risk.

You’ll achieve supported deep stretches (that are difficult to achieve on the floor) to target tight glutes, hamstrings, shoulders, quads, calves, hip flexors, ankles, and feet. Sustained pressure from the sling in various positions helps hydrate fascial tissue and release myofascial trigger points. Inversions (and variations) provide spinal decompression, improved circulation, and nervous system regulation.

This gentle mindful movement sequence is combined with breathwork to fuel your muscles for optimal recovery while also relieving stress and mental fatigue.
