  • Brianna is a wealth of knowledge and her Mobility Breath Work Workshop was just that. After having two babies, working out feels different than before. My abs aren’t as strong, and I felt that. Brianna’s workshop was very helpful on walking through how to breathe, where to target the breaths. She used lots of different ways to customize everyone’s experiences. She took a lot of time during workshop to make sure we were all getting the full experience. I’ve been implementing what I learned at home and I feel a huge difference going about my day! I look forward to taking more classes with Brianna! I definitely recommend Brianna’s breath work workshop for anyone- doesn’t matter your experience level, it was helpful!

  • I took the Mama Mobility class and it was such an eye opening experience to learn where my body was at postpartum. Brianna is an excellent teacher and she gave me several practical exercises to help me get back my core strength. Would highly recommend any of her classes as she takes really good care of you and you’ll get out what you put in.

She's very knowledgeable about the body and muscles and explains everything clearly. Her classes are fun, and you leave every class feeling like you had a challenging but also refreshing workout.
