Level 2 Fabric
Level 2 Aerial Silks Classes for Ages 12+
Our Level 2 Aerial Silks classes are designed for all aerialists ages 12+ who have mastered Level 1 skills. Building on foundational moves, students will learn more complex drops, climbs, and poses to enhance their aerial repertoire. Emphasis on alignment and movement mechanics ensures safety and effectiveness during practice. Incorporating creativity, students will begin to explore creating their own sequences and combining movements into a fluid performance.

An Aerial Hoop (Lyra) Intro Class is a beginner-friendly, high-energy session designed to introduce basic techniques on a suspended circular steel apparatus. Students focus on building core/upper-body strength, learning foundational moves like mounting, sitting, and simple poses (e.g., mermaid, man in the moon). No prior experience is required, making it ideal for building aerial confidence, coordination, and flexibility

Restorative Aerial Yoga

We’ll blend classical ground yoga with unique aerial hammock practices to take you from floor to flying. Expect deeper stretches, improved mobility, and strength-building sequences that leave you feeling grounded, spacious, and alive.
A key focus of this class is developing empowered alignment. Every pose is customizable, meeting you exactly where you are while offering options to elevate your challenge when you’re ready. Strength, Stretch, & Serenity Aerial Yoga
This fusion class combines the best of our signature aerial yoga classes.
Heat up with a condensed full-body conditioning flow to invigorate, tone & strengthen. Next, relax into an extended 30-minute restorative session: weightless floating in the aerial hammock with deep stretches and mindful breathing for enhanced muscle recovery and nervous system reset.
All elements of this class include options / adaptations for every body and are performed using the aerial yoga hammock.

Mama Mobility
Perfect for all women who want to work on Pelvic Floor health and improve overall mobility. Designed to help moms restore movement, improve flexibility, and rebuild strength postpartum. Brianna will guide you through gentle exercises tailored to your body’s needs, helping you regain balance, reduce pain, and boost overall well-being. Perfect for any stage of motherhood (including pregnancy and new postpartum mamas), this class focuses on recovery and self-care.

Want to get aerialist strong? Want to rehab/regenerate your core and optimize your overall mobility? Come to this one hour (low impact) conditioning class where you will focus on the strength and flexibility of an aerialist! Ages youth and up welcome! No experience needed!
