Aerial Silks Classes

Aerial silks classes offer an engaging and challenging way to build strength, flexibility, and coordination while having fun in a supportive environment. Classes typically last for 60 minutes, allowing participants to dive deep into fundamental techniques, progressions, and choreography on the silks.

Classes are available for ages 5 to 99! Children ages 5-7 are called "Little Flyers" and have shorter, lower-cost classes. Ages 8 and up can join youth fabric classes. We can assess students to place them in the best class for their skills and maturity.

Our pricing strategy is designed to provide value for various levels of commitment. Single drop-in classes are priced at $28, while a package of four is $98

Mobility Classes

Fit & Flex classes focus on enhancing overall strength and flexibility through dynamic movements and targeted exercises. Each session lasts 60 minutes and is designed to improve physical fitness levels for individuals of all abilities. These classes are structured to include both strength training and flexibility exercises, providing participants with a balanced approach to fitness.

Mama Mobility classes cater specifically to mothers, promoting recovery and mobility during and post-pregnancy. Each 60-minute session combines gentle stretching with core strengthening exercises tailored for postpartum bodies focusing on pelvic floor health. What sets Mama Mobility apart is its focus on creating a supportive community environment where mothers can connect, share experiences, and prioritize their wellness journey while accommodating the challenges of motherhood.

Our pricing strategy is designed to provide value for various levels of commitment. Single drop-in classes are priced at $12, while a package of four is $45 and a package of eight is $85.

Workshops

Mobility workshops are designed to enhance physical flexibility and joint health through targeted exercises and techniques. Participants engage in guided sessions that focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and increasing overall functional movement. Each workshop typically lasts one hour.

What makes our mobility workshops unique is the combination of expert-led instruction and small group settings, ensuring personalized attention and support. Participants not only learn effective mobility techniques but also gain insights into their own bodies, fostering a deeper understanding of how to maintain long-term wellness.

Pricing is set at $12 per person.

  • Brianna is a wealth of knowledge and her Mobility Breath Work Workshop was just that. After having two babies, working out feels different than before. My abs aren’t as strong, and I felt that. Brianna’s workshop was very helpful on walking through how to breathe, where to target the breaths. She used lots of different ways to customize everyone’s experiences. She took a lot of time during the workshop to make sure we were all getting the full experience. I’ve been implementing what I learned at home and I feel a huge difference going about my day!
