Want to get aerialist strong? Want to rehab/regenerate your core? Come to this one hour (low impact) conditioning class where you will focus on the strength and flexibility of an aerialist! Ages youth and up welcome! (very little time-none on the fabric). All ages between 9-99 welcome!
